Inspiring and equipping people for effective evangelism and
church life is
the focus of Tim's ministry.
Following his university training at Stanford, where Tim played

ministry. After attending Western Seminary he served as an associate

of Christian Athletes, Youth for Christ, the Conservative Baptist
Association of Southern California, and currently for the Proclamation
Evangelism
Network of Mission America.
Since 1990, Tim has served with the Luis Palau Association. His
ministry has included directing international festivals in 12
nations, overseeing
conferences and evangelist training sessions in many other nations,
coordinating collaborative missions in several states in India
and several African nations, and, since 2000, directing the Next
Generation
Alliance® ministry in equipping a new generation of proclamation
evangelists.
Tim also served as an Associate Professor of Pastoral Ministry
and Internship Director at Multnomah Biblical Seminary from
1996-2004. He coordinated the Master of Arts program in pastoral
studies.
He
