Volunteer at Mission ConneXion Alaska

Would you like to help at Mission ConneXion Alaska? The following opportunities are available:

BEFORE THE FEST:

1) Set-up – move chairs, place exhibitor tables, etc.
2) Put-up Decorations
3) Loan Tables (6-foot or 8-foot white plastic rectangular tables): used by exhibitors:

DURING THE EVENT:

1) Greeters (1- to 2-hour blocks of time): Be the first smiling face attendees see at Mission ConneXion! Give out information and answer people’s basic questions. MUST attend a 30-minute training session earlier in the week.

2) Children’s Activities: Assist with various activities for kids.

3) Clean Team (1- to 2-hour blocks of time): Empty Trash, Clean-up Spills, etc.

4) Technical Assistants: (1- to 2-hour blocks of time): Set-up and maintain computer and projectors and any other AV equipment in the two rooms that workshops are held

AFTER THE EVENT:

1) Clean-up

2) Auditorium: Take-down tables, chairs, decorations.
